I have a child that was arrested in 7/06 when 20 years old and was convicted of B &E and was on probation for three years. Just got of probation in 7/10 and has very hard time landing a job due to record. Is it possible to have the record expunged in state of NC. Some sites are saying that must wait five years beyond release from prison or probation to have record expunged. What I want to know can it be expunged or is all this hopeless?
