I have some old reckless driving convictions and a suspended drivers license (for not paying court fees on time) on my criminal record and would like to have them removed. I read at Criminal Record Expungement - Frequently Asked Questions | Kentucky Legal Services that traffic violations cannot be expunged at this time, but I am not sure if that includes the license suspension record. Am I able to expunge either of these from my record in Kentucky?
