ex girl freind sueing me for back rent,

lived with ex-girlfriend for 8 months. she finally realized that i didn't love her so we broke it off in good terms. until i met sombody else. then she went crazy. 14 months later,she is taking me to small claims court for rent and exspenses from living with her. we both paid the bills equally. we shared all the rent and utilitys. but we have nothing in writing. does she have a case against me.

How would we know ?

Unless you have proof of all your payments to her, then quite possibly she does. And, if you paid her with cash, then she does have a case against you.
