What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

Long story short, my wife asked me to leave for a while so she could think things through. I obliged by staying with a friend for a week and now my parents for two weeks.

Yesterday she told me she has hired an attourney and is filing for divorce. I DO NOT want a divorce and think, with hard work, the marriage can be saved. She wants me to move into a house she owned before we got married while she stays in the house we bought together. I want to live in the house we bought together.

How can I save the marriage and, since I have not really moved out, what options do I have here?

The marriage can't be saved unless you BOTH want to save it.

You have the right to live in the marital home until a judge says otherwise.

You don't have to move out of the marital home until the court orders such. You can stay there. But if she wants a divorce, she will get one.
