Do I need a CA or a NV living trust?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV, CA

I am in the process of buying a home in California, right now I'm a resident of Nevada and wanted to setup a living trust for myself so I can put the home I'm buying directly into the trust, so I don't have to change it later.

If I setup a Nevada living trust while I'm still a Nevada resident will it be valid in California when I become a California resident, or will I have to make a new California living trust?

Should I and can I make a California living trust while still a Nevada resident?

Can I name my trust anything I want or does it have to have my name in it?

Does the trust name have to be unique? If so, how do I check if someone has has taken a name?

Thanks in advance.
