So recently, i was on college campus and i was caught drinking in public and the police officer asked me for my name. I got really nervous and scared and told him a fake name but then i changed it. He took me back to the station and fingerprinted me and everything. I now have two summons: 1 is for the consuming alcohol in public underage, and the other is false personation. What do you think the penalty and fine for these two offenses are. These are my first offenses. Will they go on my record? What will i expect? Anyone??

Actually the correct grammar would be "2 summonses" or better yet "Two summonses."
