NY.

While separated, and while my husband had a court order permitting him to use a truck that is titled in my name, he received numerous parking tickets in NYC. I receive nasty letters every day saying that my registration is going to be cancelled, my wages garnished, bad credit, etc.

Although the court has ordered him to pay the tix, he has not. Is there any way I can get NYC to go after him, and not me?

Separated still means "married" and the title is still in your name.

I would recommend paying the tickets and adding their value to your divorce settlement...

Thank you Jeff. Because the tickets and penalties are in excess of $1,000, I was hoping there was some way around it. Thanks.
