What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky,my question is how can you find out if your spouse has filed for divorce if you suspect he has filed but told them he has no clue where i am at and i still reside in the house that we resided in?

You go down to the appropriate courthouse and see if a file has been opened for a divorce.
