What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ohio
My wife and I are planning on divorce. Currently her 21 year old daughter lives with us. She pays no rent and owns no permanent property here. I own the house. It was purchased by me before we married almost 5 years ago. I want her daughter out as soon as legally possible but my wife refuses. What rights do I have?

Well, at the moment it's the marital home. Wife doesn't want her out, then she stays. If she stays after you are granted sole access to the home, then you can have her legally evicted.
