I have a 24 year old cousin who is in some legal trouble, among other things. 6 months ago she was arrested for dui-drugs. The last 2.5 months she has had 4 Theft 3/Trespass arrests, 2 drug related arrests and 2 arrests on warrants for failing to appear. I know she will face penalties for the theft/dui/drug charges, but what about the failure to appear? Is it part of the original charges or does it become a separate charge?
