Rhode Island, Ok my ex-girlfriend since we broke up has stated she is pregnant(But refuses to provide proof). I don't believe she is and I am sitting here totaly unsure.
She has also called my employer trying to get me fired and stating I am harrassing her and I am unstable(Which is far from true.)
What legal actions can I take to force her to provide me with proof that she is pregnant and what can I do to protect myself from her calling and making things difficult for me with my employer.
Also, if she tells me she's pregnant and later I find out she never was are there legal recourses I can take there also?
