I am in Orlando Florida. I signed a contract eight months ago with my current employer that has a non-compete clause. I have been offered another job and am thinking about taking it because things have not worked out at this position. I am a National Sales Executive for a exposition servcies company. I have been working in this industry for the last six years. I feel my empolyer broke the contract first by not providing me with some of the benefits promised in the contract with in the time frame set forth in the contract.

I need some legal advice on what I can do.
