What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri I let a guy cut firewood off of my property and was supposed to receive a share. Instead he didnt pay, left the place trashed, and has left his tractor here for 3 months. he wont return my calls. How can I get ownership of the tractor to sell it to cover the fees for the cleanup and i would like to charge a storage fee. Any help would be appreciated.

You can call a tow truck and have it towed. You can't charge storage fees without an agreement allowing you to do so ahead of time.
