I received my divorce in 2006. I had been married for 9 1/2 years. now I'm ready to remarry and I wanted to know if I would lose the 9 1/2 yr pesion that I am entiled to. I was divorced in NY.

what do you mean "the 9 1/2 year pension you are entitled to"?
