I had a car accident several years ago in Phoenix Arizona and had at the time State Farm Insurance (full coverage), whom I no longer have my car insurance with. My car had $9000 in body damage. The repair shop repaired my car, now several years later (6yrs), the paint is faded and cracks are along the cars roof (paint). How do I get the shop to honor there workmanship?

Have you contacted the body shop to see what sort of warranty they provide on their work? That is where I would start. I doubt there is much of any warranty after 6 years but I do know a few that offer lifetime on their work.

If they offer nothing, there is nothing to do. It's been 6 years.
