My ex spouse that i have been seperated for 3 yrs not divorced just seperated, I have no medical insurance. She just gave me her medical bills and stated that i have to pay them. The only place where my name is on the paper is the billing address, which the address isnt mine its her fiance's address that she is trying to claim is mine. Her name is on the actual bill where it states the patients name,where you tear off and send in the payment.Can anyone help my out on if i am responsible for her medical bills?
