Estate question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey. If someone dies in the middle of a lawsuite that has not been settled yet. And the executrix of their estate wishes to continue the legal battle under that persons estate. The estate of this person has a good amount of debit in it. And I feel the executrix has no intention of paying these debit if they win. To whom or how do I report the possible money that the estate may earn in the near future?
