I recently found out I had not cleared up everything I had to with an underage drinking charge in Georgia 4 1/2 years ago. I have since moved to Wisconsin and I'm trying to join the Army and just recently found out about the warrant. How do I clear everything up so I'm not rejected for the morality contract? Is there any way to get this cleared up through the phone/internet?

Use the phone/Internet to find a lawyer in the same county in Georgia where you were charged. Find out from your lawyer what can be done about the charge and whether an in-person appearance is required.

Without a lawyer, you will need to go to GA yourself.
