What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

Hi quick question,

My husband wrecked his Z06 on Aug 24, 2010. He immediately drove the vehicle to the collision repair shop. It has since been several months and the car is still not completed. The owner of the collision repair shop indicated that his "tear down guy", the one who took the vehicle apart, quit last month and he had to take another repairman off a job and put on the Z06. Several due dates have come and gone and we're only 60-70% completed. No real progress has been made on completing the vehicle in the past few weeks. What should be our next step? We are concerned about the amount of time, the insurance company and the car being completed and intact. Please advise.
