If petitioner in divorce has only filed and served initial divorce petition. He has rarely showed for court appearances and has not filed or served any subsequent paperwork. He will probably show for final trial date next week but again no income expense, trial statement etc. Any ideas what may happen? Neither have lawyers.
This is in CA.

Anything could happen.

If you need the income expense and so on, then you would file a motion to compel to force him/her to provide them.
