What is the name of your state (CA)?
My Ex wife has signed the QDRO for her CALSTRS retirement plan and the court is requiring me to submit a summons for the joinder, is this necessary? If so, I am not sure if I am sending it to my ex or to CALSTRS; which party am I sending it to?
