Hi this a question for Vancouver, BC, Canada which is probably the same is USA but my friend is going through a seperation with his wife. They both own the condo but she left three months ago in with her parents and now I am looking to move in as a roomate and we were wondering if hes legally able to without her permission. Shes a serious Christian who is unreasonable and we were wondering what rights we have here. THanks.

Thanks guys. I just talked to a friend whose wife is a top divorce lawyer and were able to proceed as long as rents accounted for. You can have our beer if we can have your women.
