What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
AZ, but the subpoena was issued by an Illinois civil court. I received a subpoena for my information via my IP service because of a complaint against an IP that was allegedly belonging to me. Any advice on finding the right kind of attorney and whether it matters what state he practices law in?
