Got a ticket Going 42/25

Got a ticket going 42/25. The officer identifyed my car with all the information excewpt he identifyed my car as a 2 door car. My car is not a 4 door car. I'm probably asking for a miracle but can that be used.

The number of doors on the car is not an element of the offense so it will not be relevant by itself.

You're not getting off. You can go to court still and it may net you something if you don't mind spending the time. Some judges will offer a deferral to take traffic school, some if your record is otherwise clean will reduce the fine to just the court costs.
