How did they have a dismissal a month from now?

I'm guessing that no one showed up for the Nov 11 hearing and the court is going to drop the case on Dec 13. because the plaintiff didn't pursue it. In that case, it might still be possible to resurrect it, but you need to talk to the court clerk to see if there's a way. Otherwise, refile - and follow through this time.

That's what I was wondering. Does some action need to take place or else the case is dimissed in a month? Or did they settly out of court? Not sure.
