What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia
When my Mom died her will said my sister could live in her house rent free untill she got married.Well she was married 5 0r 6 years ago and has not moved out or made any move to buy the house or anything.in mon's will it sayes that once she is married she has to buy us out or sell the house and the money split between all he children .(there are 4 of us )

Starting probate would be the first step.

However, have you talked to your sister about her plans to be prepared to move out so you (actually the executor/administrator) can sell the property? Did anyone have the property assessed, so that you have a fair market value of the property if she wants to buy it, and pay off the other three siblings? Obviously not listed with a real estate agent yet.

Going to have to get those discussions going with all the family members.

did anybody actually probate the will? Did it call for an actual transfer of ownership to your sister? Who actually owns the house right now?
