What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida, my wife filed for divorce then filed a dv against me and got an injunctio, but she continues to email me and walks up to me and tries to talk. I turn and walk away and do not reply to her emails. her father calls and leaves threatening messages on my phone. What can I do. I have never touched her, she is only using this as a ploy to get me out of the house. Please Help!

How long ago was the injunction issued?

If it was a temp, when will the full hearing be?
