Regarding "sueing for expenses" I have a few follow up questions. Thank you for your advice. I have not yet filed suit in a small claims court. How would I go about filing a federal suit, would I need a lawyer, then? Is it more thrifty for me to go though federal court? And, where can I get more information about the federal process, if different from Canyon County(defendant's residence) law.
