What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

In July I filed a request to enter default after my spouse failed to respond to the petition. My spouse has now gotten a lawyer who his sending request for financial information, my lawyer states that we are in default and we do not have to comply with the other attorney pleadings. What say you?

I say that you're paying your attorney good money, so you should listen to him.
