Iowa Can you get a probate judge to look at a will closer after a clerk of the court pronounced it a self-proving will? It is so shady & ambiguous. It assigned a caregiver executor, giving him everything when the deceased has only one heir & does not disinherit me at all. He told me he didn't have a will because he didn't need one for that fact. He also has a running business that guy is doing whatsoever with with no bond in the meantime. Is there any way to get a judge to reverse this before more damage is done?
