What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama-If there was /is a will and when my mother died it all went to me with the exception that my father could live there till he dies,and the executor is my wife,can my father go back and change the will since it basivcally all went to me when my mother died?also by it stating that my father could live in the house till he dies,and they are 2 houses am I able by law to rent the second house?

Your post is unclear.

Is mom deceased and was her will probated? Remember that mom could only will those assets she had the right to will. Assets co-owned with dad
a certain way become his automatically, and do not pass through probate. He is also entitled to his spousal share of mom's assets.

Additionally, any assets that DO go to dad as owner then become HIS to do with as he wishes.
