I had a small fender bender this morning in my work place parking lot.

When I was driving through the parking structure to park a girl was pulling out to repark her car and I slightly side swiped her.

The damage is minimal and probably will come out with a buffing from having the car detailed.

My question is: Who is at fault in this situation?

Thanks

Usually in this sort of things you each take responsibility for your own car. You shouldn't of hit her and she should have looked before backing.

If she was backing up and you were going forward, it's 100% her fault.
She didn't back into him, and it doesn't sound like he hit the rear of her car. Your crystal ball must work way better than mine, because mine needs a better description of the accident!
