What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

I am a US resident, not a citizen. I want to write a will but I am not sure how it will be administered? I have some property here and in other countries. The people who will be beneficiaries are in 3 countries.

I have no clue where to start. Any information will help. Thanks.
