Ok, I have another question.. If one party is seeking bifurcation to be dated X years back, and court is hearing case to determine date of seperation, then would the date court decides as the date of seperation then be the date of bifurcation as well? And if so, then isn't the hearing on determining seperation date actually part of the bifurcation hearing?
