Their is an individual whom I have been subpoena'ing for several months. After the 3rd attempt I filed a motion to compel duces tecum for cellphone records. Witness never responded to any of the subpoena's for documentation.
Monday I filed a motion to compel and was granted by the judge.
If the witness fails to answer the motion to compel.

Can I file a motion to prevent the witness from testifying on the grounds that the witness has hindered the courts order to produce documentation?
