I was wondering if an employer has to disclose what commissions were to be paid. I currently work for an employer that is paying me sallary + commission. I receive commission once per month. When I do get commissions, I never know in advance how much I will be making on that paycheck. I also do not get a commission statement showing what I am being paid for. First, can they do that? I think I have some money that is owed to me.
