My brother got pulled over last night on his way to work for a tail light out. When he went to give his info a little weed fell out of his wallet. So the cop looked in the car and found 14 hrydo pills. He was handcuffed and placed into the cop car tow truck was called he was in there for 2 hrs. Then the cop let him go. Gave him a ticket for the tail light and the weed not one for the pills and told him he has to go tonight to get finger printed and to bring money. Will he be going to jail tonight ? Why did the cop ened up letting him go ? Also why no ticket for the pills ? He was able to drive the car and go to work for the night. He is just so worried about going to jail and not being home with his daughter for the holidays and he has another baby on the way. He knows having the weed and pills is wrong he gets them from a freind for a back problem and he has no health ins to beable to go to the Dr himself. I told him to call a lawyer frist thing when they open up. Thanks
