What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York.

if you were arrested on Nov. 11, 2009, with a felony, pled not guilty because you aren't guilty, then in June, 2010, a motion for a change of venue was put in because accuser is acquainted with judge and clerk of town, what is the statute of limitations for this case to be heard in another venue?

Statute of limitations doesn't apply.

You move for dismissal asserting speedy trial rights and they have six months from that point to be ready for the trial to start.

Of course, your motion for change of venue is probably gumming up the works as well. What's the disposition on that? I don't know of any time limit, but it appears that it's expected to be acted on within 30 days. Have you inquired of the court to which you made that motion?
