What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY
I just saw my online court record has updated a disposition date (March, 2011). What does that mean to be exact? Based on my google, it says it is a projected judgement decision date, but I am not too sure how it works....
I am still not even getting a trial date (pretrial next week), so how does this date define on my current case?
Does that mean I am seeing the light of the tunnel??
