marijuana and paraphernalia

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana about 5yrs ago our home was raided and i handed over marijuana and paraphernalia. we didn't go to jail that night but was told to turn our selves in when an arrest warrent was issued for us so we did just that. Paid bail and relieased all in the same day. I admitted to the judge and attorney all of it was mine and only mine, we recieved 3 days timed servied and 1yrs probation. My fieance wants to become a nurse and they do a background checks, how or can we get the charges droped from his record? (first time in trouble for either one of us also)
