What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ca. dad has alzheimers, i am 1st trustee, 3rd wife(30 yrs.his jr.) has sold off 4 pcs. of property, now that he has been diagnosed will she be able to sell last piece of property or do i now speak for him as trust states?

the trust document should dictate what defines the trustor as being incompetent, and who the successor trustee is.

assuming you are the successor, then you would manage all assets that are titled to the trust. you will have no authority regarding assets that are not in the trust.

as curb mentioned, you need to find out how each individual asset is titled.
