What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH

In states where it requires the consent of both parties to tape a telephone conversation, if the first party indicates that they are taping or may tape the conversation and the second party agrees, can both participants tape the conversation legally?

For example, if a company indicates they are taping or may tape the telephone conversation for QC or training purposes, can the person they are talking to also record the conversation without further notification? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
