hello you all. thank you very much for taking the time to help others with their situations. well, here's mine. about 6 years ago I had 3 charges brought against me in fulton co. georgia. 2 were felonies, and one was a misdemeanor. when I got my day in court, the judge said the 2 felonies would be dead docketed and the misdemeanor would be entered as a guilty conviction. however, I just had my record pulled up and found out, due to some error, whoever enters the information into the system entered the MISDEMEANOR as dead docketed and the 2 FELONIES as convicted. I'm not sure what to do or who to talk to. I want to go down to the fulton co. courthouse and talk to the people in the records dept. and try to talk to the judge but i wonder how much chance I have of that. anyone have any advice on where i should start to correct this??? I can't really get a job anywhere or do anything with this on my record. Thanks in advance.
