Are the parents dead?

Unless you are going to be able to show that the unnotarized signatures are not, in fact, the people who they are claimed to be, you're most likely out of luck. Parents are not obliged to give their adult children anything. Providing for minor children is typical in a trust.

Only assets titled to the trust are controlled by the trust. The remainder of the estate is distributed via the will (if any) or the rules of intestate succession.
