Possible at Fault accident

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I live in Georgia. I'm being sued for an accident in which I received a DUI. The
accident was minor, but I'm being sued for an amount in excess of my $25,000
insurance coverage. I'm unemployed and can not afford an attorney. Please
advise.
