Kansas, we have inherited a rental after my grandfather passed away, there are 6 individuals involved and 5 want to sell one does not, how do we go about selling the house?:confused:

It would be up to the trustee and the terms of the trust.

You do know that when something is in a trust, the beneficiaries don't actually own the property, right? The trust owns it and the trustee is in control of buying or selling trust assets as allowed per the trust rules.

So, what does the trustee say and what does the trust document say?
