I live in Washington State
My children are grown
Both our names are on our Mortgage
There is no other real estate
we have a joint bank account
We are both benificiaries of our 401k's. life insurances and retirement accounts.
our cars (eccept one) are in both our names
of course there is much mutual personal property...

We want to make sure that everything goes to the other spouse smoothly if either of us dies, and be divided equally between our children if we both pass at the same time. I understand the we would both need wills and define which of us should be assumed to have died first.

Besides good clear wills what do we need?
