I have used a lawyer for several different cases in the past. At that time, he represented my wife and I together. In fact, he made up our wills and currently has a copy of them. I am now divorced from her. Last week, I got a letter from this lawyer on behalf of my ex-wife outliining requests for additional support payments. Basically, he is now representing her and is threatening me with legal action if I don't adhere to their requests. Is there not a conflict of interest here somewhere?
