the state is tx. april 09 husband driving 18 wheeler, car 2 lanes to right of him in on ramp lane, car comming on hwy spooked her, she lost control of her car, crossed the 2 lanes ended up sideways in front of my husband, he could not stop, although he did hit his brakes as he saw it happening. at accident scene, she recieved ticket for failure to keep her vehicle under control, as well as refusing medical help claiming she was not hurt. now shes trying to sue my husband and his employer for damages, loss of consortium, pain and suffering past, present and future. does she have a case? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

sounds like this is something to just turn over to your insurance company. It sounds like she has no valid claim but that doesn't stop a person from rattling the sabers like they do.
