What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
I had received a DUI in october and have since been awaiting my feb. court date. Just the other day i was contacted by a women working in my apartment complex saying they had found a bong (which was completely broken, unusable, hadn't been used in months, and cleaned quite well) in my room, from there the police searched the rest of my room and found a jar of roaches. I will hear back in a couple days as to the results of the lab tests. however i would assume i will be taking possession and possibly paraphernalia charges. Since I'm not yet on PBJ how will this affect me? how screwed am I?
